How to Use QuickBill

QuickBill Ultimate is designed for ease of use. Follow these steps:

1. Setup Business Info: Tap on the "Type Your Business Name" section at the top. Enter your Company Name, Address, Contact Info, and GSTIN. This is saved automatically.
2. Enter Buyer Details: In the "Bill To" box, enter the customer's Name, Email, Address, and GSTIN (if B2B).
3. Manage Inventory: Use the "+ Add Item" button. Enter Description, HSN Code, Qty, and Rate. The system calculates amounts instantly.
4. Taxation: Select a standard GST Rate or type a Custom % in the box next to the dropdown.
5. Payment Info: Enter your UPI ID to auto-generate a payment QR code, or manually fill in the Bank Details box.
6. Print/Save: Click the "Print / PDF" button. In the print preview, select "Save as PDF" to download your professional invoice.

3. Data Responsibility

Since we do not host your data, you are solely responsible for backing up your invoices using the provided "Backup" feature.

1. No Server-Side Storage

We practice "Zero-Knowledge" architecture. We do not transmit, process, or store your invoice data on any external server. Everything resides in your browser's LocalStorage.
